Not only was there a barrier, with flashing lights, but they drove past a queue of stationary traffic at 40-50 mph, according to an eye witness report. WTF was the driver on?

The whole band and their manager brown bread.
Their car smashed through the barriers of a bridge opening up to let e boat pass under. Allegedly the driver was driving like a loon so will prob get charged with manslaughter.
